Abstract: A device may determine log information, collected by a user device, that may include information associated with communications between the user device and a base station. The user device and the base station may be associated with a wireless network. The device may analyze the log information to determine event information associated with the user device. The event information may include information associated with an event experienced by the user device during the communications between the user device and the base station. The device may generate action information based on the event information. The action information may include information associated with organizing, categorizing, classifying, or diagnosing the event experienced by the user device. The device may provide the action information.
