摘要： A system and method for selectively enabling a feature of a controlled device. At least one feature on a controlled device is initially disabled. Content including a test is downloaded from a server to a mobile device. A user inputs into the mobile device background information and answers to the test. A score is generated based on the answers. If the score is high enough, a certificate is generated including release codes. The certificate is sent to the mobile device. The user may then place the mobile device in communication with the controlled device so as to forward the release codes and thereby enable the feature.
