Abstract: A method and apparatus for reporting information from separate customer event records in a consolidated message are provided herein. In some embodiments, a method for reporting information from separate customer event records in a consolidated message may include associating each of a plurality of event records with at least one rule; assigning the plurality of event records into at least one group based on an account identifier of a customer associated with each event record; and for each group of event records, creating at least one consolidated message to be sent to the customer including information associated with at least some of the event records.
