摘要： This multipair telephone cable splice closure is especially useful with filled cable. The closure is double ended and consists of two mating shells which have tapered end mouths to accommodate a range of cable outside diameters. A stiffening member in the form of a one-piece open-center bar permits cables to be fastened within the closure in various advantageous configurations. Several options for filling the closure are described.
