Telescopic U-shaped girders are arranged inside the laying girder, and the top edges are located in the same plane as the upper chord edges of the laying girder. The bridge elements are laid by a flanged feeding unit, support rollers and a pivotable arm in the rear of the laying girder.

    摘要: A device for assembling and laying track support bridge sections displaceable at right angles to their longitudinal axis, with launching support structures, which are arranged between the track supports and are likewise transversely displaceable, into a bridge support structure. The device includes a base frame with a plurality of telescoping props, base frame being built up on a vehicle. A laying arm is provided pivotable around a horizontal axis at one end of the base frame. A front arm is provided pivotable around a horizontal axis at another end of the base frame. Both the laying arm and the front arm are adjustable by hydraulic cylinders. A displacing device is provided for pushing the bridge sections apart and together. The displacement device includes track support and launching support sections arranged between the front arm and the laying arm on the base frame in a transverse direction in relation to the base frame. The base frame supports both each lower chord of launching support section and each lower chord of track support in a mounting manner. A height-adjustable feed drive is provided for driving the launching support after one of the bridge sections has been pushed apart. The feed drive is arranged on the base frame between the front arm and the laying arm. A front end guide and a laying end guide is provided for positioning one of bridge supports, which is to be fitted in and can be pushed apart. A connection device is provided for establishing a connection between the bridge sections fed in and pushed apart, and bridge sections or bridge sections already present on the device, connection means being arranged in an area of guides. A mount is provided for each of telescoping and pivotable props, each mount for receiving outer lower chords of bridge sections moved apart.

    摘要: A device for opening a pontoon unit to form a pontoon bridge, in which two inner pontoons and two outer pontoons are connected by hinges such that they can be opened in the shape of a W. In the collapsed state, the two inner pontoons are connected to an upper middle hinge and the two outer pontoons are joined to the adjoining inner pontoons by a lower hinge each. The lower hinge is formed by two pins which are arranged in the adjoining corners of the inner pontoon and outer pontoon. The pins are pivotably connected by a projecting lever, and the freedom of movement of the projecting end of the lever can be limited by stops. The end of the lever facing the outer pontoon is attached to a tension spring. The outer pontoons are opened by the tensioned tension springs against the buoyancy acting on them.According to the present invention, a swiveling rocker arm (7) with a stop (8) is arranged at the end of the part (3b) of lever (3) projecting toward the outer pontoon (2), and the tension spring (9) is attached at the end of the rocker arm (7).     摘要: A pontoon unit capable of folding up in a W-like manner. The two inner pontoons are connected by a center hinge, and the outer pontoons are pivotably connected to the inner pontoons by lower hinges via a lever. As an aid to overcome the buoyancy during unfolding, a tension spring is arranged between the lever and the outer pontoon. This spring is tensioned in the folded condition. After unfolding, the tension spring is virtually relaxed, and would be tensioned again for folding. This is avoided by interposing a variable-length connection member, typically a hydraulic piston/cylinder unit, between the tension spring and the outer pontoon. By being extended, this connection member avoids the need for the tension spring to be tensioned during folding. Only after the folding operation has been completed is the tension spring tensioned again by shortening the connection member.
