摘要: A surgical system includes a plurality of alternate engaging surfaces. A first member is connectable with an engaging surface such that the first member is interchangeable with the plurality of engaging surfaces. A second member is connectable with an engaging surface such that the second member is interchangeable with the plurality of engaging surfaces. The members are relatively movable to distract and/or compress vertebral tissue. Surgical instruments, constructs, implants and methods are disclosed.
