摘要： This invention relates to epitope binding agents that specifically bind to tau and methods of use thereof. The disclosure provides immunoassays, kits, and pharmaceutical compositions which include an epitope binding agent that specifically bind to tau. The disclosure provides methods of reducing the spread of tau aggregates and methods of reducing a tauopathy-related pathology.
