Abstract: A convertible vehicle top displaceable between closed and storage positions, and which has a top linkage, which, on both sides with respect to a vertical longitudinal center plane of the vehicle, may extend through a linkage exit opening of a vehicle trim when the top is in the closed position, each of the linkage exit openings on both sides being provided with a cover, the cover having a panel which can be displaced between a cover position, in which it covers the linkage exit opening, and an open position, in which the linkage exit opening is open. Each cover can have a guiding device, which guides the respective panel on a curved track in the direction of the vehicle front and outward in the transverse direction with respect to the vertical longitudinal center plane of the vehicle when the panel is displaced from the cover position into the open position.

Abstract: A top for a convertible vehicle, the top having a top linkage displaceable between a cover and storage position, and which may have a front bow forming a front edge of the top when the top is in the cover position and accommodating a front lock by which the front bow can be fastened to a front header of the vehicle when the top is in the cover position, and the top having a headliner, the front bow having an upper bow shell to which a drive of the front lock is attached and whose upper side is covered by a top cover. The front bow may have a lower bow shell extending at least largely across the width of the front bow in the transverse direction of the top and whose underside is fully covered by the headliner and defines the shape of the headliner with its entire surface.

Abstract: A top of a convertible vehicle is proposed, comprising a top cover and a top linkage which can be displaced between a closed position, in which a vehicle interior is covered, and a storage position, in which the vehicle interior is open toward the top, and which has a linkage arrangement on both sides with respect to a vertical longitudinal center plane of the top, each linkage arrangement comprising two main links, which are pivotably mounted on a main bearing fixed to the vehicle and one of which is driven by means of a main drive. Panel bows extend between the bilaterally arranged linkage arrangements, a first one of said panel bows being a front bow, a second one being a front center bow, a third one being a rear center bow and a fourth one being a rear window bow. In the storage position, the rear center bow is arranged below the rear window bow.

Abstract: A top of a convertible vehicle having a top linkage displaceable between a closed position, in which the top covers a vehicle interior, and a storage position, in which the vehicle interior is open toward the sky, and which has a linkage arrangement on either side of a vertical longitudinal center plane of the top, the linkage arrangement being covered by a headliner when in the closed position. A fabric deflecting element for the headliner is attached to each of the linkage arrangements, the fabric deflecting element moving relative to a roof side rail when the top linkage is being displaced between the closed position and the storage position, an edge of the headliner being attached to the roof side rail. The headliner slides on a fabric contact surface of the fabric deflecting element when the top linkage is being displaced between the storage position and the closed position.
