摘要:
A system uses integrated spatio-temporal analysis in X-ray angiography, for example, by using spatial information within each image frame and temporal information between image frames to provide robust and accurate estimation of stroke area and volume, two and three dimensional ejection fraction and to accommodate patient heart variation. A system determines patient heart related parameters for use in patient heart imaging examination. An image data processor processes data representing multiple cardiac images of a patient over multiple heart beat cycles of the patient to derive data representing a distribution curve of a heart section area over multiple heart beat cycle times and indicating heart section area change over a heart beat cycle. An area processor determines a heart section area in response to user command. Also a computation processor determines a heart function parameter in response to the determined heart section area and the indicated heart section area change.

End-diastolic and end-systolic image frames are automatically selected on a real-time basis from a sequence of X-ray ventricular angiogram images by modeling the angiogram images by a dynamic graphical model and estimating a posterior probability density of the ventricular area in each angiogram image frame using Bayesian probability density propagation and adaptive background modeling. Then, a variation curve plot of expectation values of the posterior probability density of the ventricular area of each angiogram image frame is generated in which peaks and valleys in the variation curve correspond to end-diastolic and end-systolic angiogram image frames, respectively.

A toilet flushing assembly (500) comprising an actuating device (600) installable within the toilet tank (200) and an initiating device (700) accessible from outside the toilet tank (200). The flush-actuating device (600) comprises an electric motor (610) that converts a passageway (620) between a rest condition and a flush condition. The flush-initiating device (700) initiates operation of the flush-actuating device (600), preferably in either a light-flush mode or heavy-flush mode, depending upon the deposit made in the toilet bowl.
