摘要:
A leading edge slat of an aircraft wing is connected to the ends of two rods each of them being linked to a crank arm which, in turn, is swung over a particular angular range by means of a planetary gear being driven by a common shaft. Arcuate guide rails on the slat run in rolls which are journalled on the wing case.

A dosing device for a lubricating mechanism is constructed for discharging a measured volume of lubricant into a component to be lubricated, such as a rotary gear box in an aircraft. For this purpose the dosing device has a housing with a defined volume in which a piston is movable in an axial direction to define two chambers. The end walls of the housing are connected through quick coupling connectors to a lubricant supply and to the component to be lubricated. The device operates in such a way that the filling of one chamber with lubricant under pressure pushes the piston, and thus the lubricant in the other chamber, out into the component to be lubricated. Thus, always a precisely measured volume of lubricant is discharged from one chamber while the same volume is being filled into the other chamber and vice versa. A coupling adapter may be used for a quick reversal.

A wing gap closure flap is positioned in an aircraft wing so that a gap between the wing structure and the leading edge of a landing flap can be closed during normal cruising positions of the landing flap and opened when the landing flap is in a starting position or in a landing position. The gap is formed on the underside of the aircraft wing and the gap closure flap is operated by a positioning shaft which itself is driven through a drive lever linkage by the drive shaft for the landing flap. The wing gap closure flap is connected through a lever mechanism to the positioning shaft which is preferably divided into shaft sections where a plurality of wing gap closure flaps are used. Each shaft section is driven by the landing flap drive shaft. A defined motion of the wing gap closure flap or flaps is achieved in that the positioning of the wing gap closure flaps is synchronized in a limited angular range with the positioning of the landing flap by the cooperation of the respective drive mechanisms.

A flexible coupling for flexibly connecting two rotary drive shafts includes a first coupling flange connected to the first shaft, a second coupling flange connected to the second shaft, a flexible disk arranged between the two coupling flanges, and four connector bolts that respectively connect the two flanges to the flexible disk. A first pair of the bolts is securely connected to the first flange and to the flexible disk, while passing with free play through a clearance hole in the second flange. A second pair of the bolts is securely connected to the second flange and to the flexible disk, while passing with free play through a clearance hole in the first flange. In ordinary operation, the connection and force transmission between the coupling flanges is carried out through the flexible disk. If the flexible disk or one or more of the connector bolts fails, then the connection and force transmission between the two coupling flanges will be carried out directly through the connector bolts in a fail-safe operating mode. The flexible coupling is especially adapted for use in a transmission system for transmitting drive power from a central drive unit to the high lift flaps and slats of an aircraft.

An actuation device for a slat, a rail for guiding and moving the slat into and out of an aircraft wing has the slat pivoted on the rail in a particular point (8); a thrust rod has one end hinged to the slat and a drive crank is connected to a second end of the thrust rod; a lever assembly connects the rail additionally to the slat at points on the rail and the slat different from the particular point and for pivoting and steering the slat relative to the particular point, for holding the rear end of the slat against the wing in a first protraction range and opening a gap upon further protraction.

A flap arrangement for an aircraft wing having along its trailing edge independently actuated high lift flap and spoiler. During cruising the flap is used for camber line curvature control while the spoiler is controlled in a follow up configuration such that a gap between the spoiler and the high lift flap does not form.
