Abstract:
A composite floor includes a base layer (10), a middle layer (20), a surface layer (30), a bonding member (15), and a releasing member (16). The base layer has a first side (11) provided with a plurality of inserts (111), a second side (12) provided with a plurality of slots (121), a third side (13) provided with a protrusion (131), and a fourth side (14) provided with a recess (141), a lug (144) and a breach (145). Thus, a plurality of composite floors are combined together by an engagement between the inserts and the slots, an engagement between the lug and the breach and an engagement between the protrusion and the recess so that the composite floors are assembled easily and quickly without needing aid of any hand tool.
Abstract:
An adjustable measuring scoop including a movable partition that adjustably rotates on a rotating means such as an axle so as to result in a scoop size that can be selectively determined between a maximum and a minimum by ready manual manipulation of the scoop. The movable partition and rotating means are preferably configured so that the movable partition moves toward and away from the scoop's opening, permitting, e.g., a symmetric frontal contour that may be more effective in scooping from a container. Adjustment of the movable partition may also optionally be effected by means including a manual slide that has a linear and/or relatively short range of motion. The movable partition may also optionally be effectively implemented without an accompanying covering portion, permitting a design in which scooping with and/or cleaning of the device may be cleaner and/or easier.
Abstract:
A flip-top shaker for mixing and pouring is presented. The flip-top shaker may include a container sealed with a collar which may be integrated with a strainer assemblage. The strainer assemblage may be pivoted to a first position in which the flip-top shaker may be completely sealed. In this position the shaker may be shaken with one hand for mixing the contents of the container without holding any of the components together to maintain the seal. The strainer assemblage may be pivoted to a second position in which a passageway is opened allowing communication between the container and the outside. In this position the shaker may be tilted for pouring the contents of the container.
Abstract:
A handheld item, for example a utensil such as a spatula, including a handle with a convertible display element that readily converts between one of at least two visual display items. The display conversion may preferably be accomplished through rotary movement of the display items between visible and hidden positions.
