摘要： A simulated football game having a magnetic disc rollable out of a chute onto a scrimmage field on which defense players having a piece of iron embedded therein are movably situated, a huddle being releasably retained to retain the disc in the chute. The disc is used for determining running play yardage, the disc being rollable into a defense player. A calculator wheel is rotated in only one direction by dual gears regardless of the direction of rotation of the gears and simultaneously moves a marker over a marker field to indicate the position of a football relative to the marker field. The wheel is used to ascertain yardage resulting from passing, and other type plays. A marble carrier is rotated a fraction of a complete revolution each time a plunger is depressed for indicating a play and releasing the huddle to allow a disc to roll out of the chute. The carrier in being rotated, at times, discharges a marble to roll onto the scrimmage field for indicating whether there is a penalty or a fumble. A pass passage directs a bearing to roll onto the scrimmage field and may roll beneath one of a pass defender and a pass receiver to indicate an interception or a reception respectively.

摘要： An inverse displacement asymmetric rotary engine is provided which includes a chamber. The chamber includes a stationary island having an island outer surface. The outer surface is an elongated convex shape. The island includes a crankshaft port spaced from a center of the island. The chamber includes a front-plate attached to a front surface of the island. A concave shaped movable contour is include, which is biased toward the island outer surface and which revolves about the island. A working volume is defined between an inner surface of the contour and the outer island surface. At least one front-plate engaging bearing is provided, which extends from a front surface of the movable contour and over a guide edge of the front-plate. The front-plate engaging bearing engages the guide edge during a combustion cycle.

The system includes a container conveyor that conveys a plurality of generally optically transparent sealed test containers through a pre-inspection region, an inspection region and a post-inspection region of the container conveyor, and that conveys at least one sealed reference container, through the inspection region. Also included is a zone including a laser emitter and a sensor located in the inspection region and arranged such that the laser source emits a laser beam such that it intersects with a container movement path. The conveyor alternatingly conveys test containers and reference containers through the zone.
