摘要： According to the invention, a tub assembly, consisting of a tub and associated supporting frame, is provided. The tub has a front opening, a bottom wall, back wall, top wall and spaced side walls. The frame has an upwardly facing ledge for supporting the bottom tub wall and further has an upstanding leg. Structure is provided for snap-fitting the upstanding leg and a portion of the tub together so that the tub portion and leg are confined against both vertical and fore and aft relative shifting.

摘要： An article holder for the dish rack of a dishwasher is provided for securely holding cup-shaped articles. The article holder includes a hinge member for removably interconnecting said article holder to a horizontally extending tine of the dish rack. The article holder also includes an article engaging member that extends generally vertically with respect to the interconnecting member of the article holder. A curvelinear biasing member of the article holder is interposed between the interconnecting member and the article engaging member for resiliently biasing the article engaging member against an article, holding a wall of the article between the holder's article engaging member and a dish rack member.

摘要： A receptacle such as a dishwasher tub having an improved control for effecting filling of the tub to a preselected full level and protecting the apparatus against undesirable overfill in the event the normal flow control malfunctions. The flow control includes a control valve having two valve elements for cooperatively preventing such undesirable overfill. One of the valve elements may be controlled by an electrically operated solenoid, and the other valve element may be controlled by mechanical control structure. In the illustrated embodiment, the electrically controlled valve element is controlled by a timer, and the mechanically controlled valve element is controlled by a float.

摘要： A dishwasher structure having improved wheel assemblies for providing rolling mounting of a dishrack on tracks provided on the sidewalls of the dishwasher cabinet. The wheel mounts are arranged to be mounted to portions of the dishrack and in the two illustrated embodiments, include hooks for facilitated installation on wire portions of the dishrack. In one embodiment, the wheel mount includes a shroud which extends above and inwardly of the wheel while permitting the wheel to be located closely adjacent the sidewall of the cabinet, permitting effectively maximizing of the width of the dishrack.
