摘要： A support base for a child safety seat includes a support leg operable to retract and expand at a bottom of the support base, a first and a second locking mechanism, and a linking assembly. The support leg includes multiple segments, and a first and a second sliding connection each of which respectively coupling two adjacent ones of the segments. The first locking mechanism includes a first latch operable to lock the first sliding connection, and a first actuating part operable to urge the first latch to move for unlocking the first sliding connection. The second locking mechanism includes a second latch operable to lock the second sliding connection, and a second actuating part operable to urge the second latch to move for unlocking the second sliding connection. The linking assembly couples the two locking mechanisms so that the first and second sliding connections can be concurrently unlocked.

摘要： A convertible child restraint includes a lower base to contact a vehicle seat, a seat shell to support a child, and a mid base between the lower base and the seat shell to facilitate recline and rotational adjustment of the seat shell relative to the lower base. The child restraint may be used as a rear-facing car seat, a forward-facing car seat, and a belt positioning booster seat. For the rear-facing car seat configuration, a belt is installed along a rear-facing belt path that passes through the child restraint. The portion of the belt in the child restraint is accessed via a belt access panel when the seat shell is at a rear-facing position. Additionally, the child restraint includes a rotation lockout that allows the seat shell to be rotated from a rear-facing position to a side-facing position, but not a forward-facing position when using the rear-facing configuration.

摘要： A child restraint base adapted to a child restraint carrier is disclosed herein. The child restraint base includes a base body including a first pocket and a second pocket. The first pocket and the second pocket are disposed on front lateral sides of the base body. An anchor belt is included that comprises a first anchor attached to a first end of the anchor belt, and a second anchor attached to a second end of the anchor belt. The first pocket is configured to receive at least a portion of the first anchor, and the second pocket is configured to receive at least a portion of the second anchor. A panel is pivotable between an opened position and a closed position, and the panel pivots to the closed position to tension the anchor belt to remove slack from the anchor belt.
