Abstract: Disclosed is a freestanding polymer membrane having through-holes, comprising at least one through-hole formation area having a plurality of through-holes formed at a predetermined distance and a support area formed around the through-hole formation area to be thicker than the through-hole formation area so as to support the through-hole formation area, the polymer membrane being freestanding without use of a separate substrate.
