    摘要: An array substrate for a liquid crystal display device includes: a substrate; a gate line on the substrate; a gate insulating layer on the gate line; a data line on the gate insulating layer, the data line crossing the gate line; a data link line extending from the data line; a data pad connected to the data link line; a redundancy line adjacent to the data link line; a passivation layer covering the data link line, the data pad and the redundancy line, the passivation layer having a data link line contact hole exposing the data link line, first and second redundancy line contact holes exposing the redundancy line and a data pad contact hole exposing the data pad; a data pad terminal connected to the data pad through the data pad contact hole and to the redundancy line through the first redundancy line contact hole; a redundancy electrode connected to the redundancy line through the second redundancy line contact hole and to the data link line through the data link line contact hole; and a pixel electrode on the passivation layer.

    摘要: A method of fabricating a liquid crystal display device includes forming a first adhesive pattern on a first auxiliary substrate; forming a first process panel by attaching a first substrate to the first auxiliary substrate using the first adhesive pattern; forming an array element on the first substrate; forming a second adhesive pattern on a second auxiliary substrate; forming a second process panel by attaching a second substrate to the second auxiliary substrate using the second adhesive pattern; forming a color filter element on the second substrate; attaching the first and second process panels with a liquid crystal panel between the first and second process panels; weakening an adhesive strength of the first and second adhesive patterns; and detaching the first and second auxiliary substrates from the first and second substrates, respectively.

The etching apparatus includes a first tank including a first etchant, and an etch bath connected to the first tank and receiving the first etchant, the etch bath containing a residual etchant including a diluted etchant and residue material after the substrate is etched with the first etchant. The etching apparatus further includes a second tank receiving the residual etchant from the etch bath and separating the diluted etchant from the residue material, a connecting passage connecting the first and second tanks for transferring the separated diluted etchant from the second tank to the first tank, and an outlet pipe attached to the second tank for discharging the residue material.
