摘要： A proximity sensor based input system and a method for operating the system are disclosed. The input system receives sensed information from a proximity sensing part including a plurality of proximity sensors and distinguishes functions of direction keys and rotation keys based on the sensed information, thereby controlling a currently activated application program or contents.
