Abstract: A door closer includes a housing having one or more bulges, a shaft rotatably received in the housing and having an axle, and one or more resilient rings engaged between the shaft and the housing. The bulges of the housing may be engaged with the resilient rings for preventing the shaft from moving axially relative to the housing. An adjustable spring biasing device may apply a spring biasing force between the housing and the shaft for recovering the shaft relative to the housing. One or more spring biased projections may limit the movement between the shaft and the housing.
