Abstract: A touch display panel includes a plurality of touch driving lines located in a display region, a plurality of common signal lines located in a display region, a plurality of multiplex electrodes located in the display region, and a plurality of multiplex circuits located in the display region. The multiplex circuit includes a first input end, a second input end, and a first output end. The first input end is connected to a corresponding one of the touch driving lines. The second input end is connected to a corresponding one of the common signal lines. The first output end is connected to a corresponding one of the multiplex electrodes.

Abstract: A method for fabricating a micro light-emitting diode display device is provided, including: providing a driving substrate including a first substrate and a driving circuit layer disposed on the first substrate, wherein the driving circuit layer includes a first electrode and a second electrode; providing a transfer substrate including a second substrate, an alignment mark, and a micro light-emitting diode, wherein the alignment mark and the micro light-emitting diode are respectively disposed on two opposite surfaces of the second substrate, and the micro light-emitting diode includes a P electrode and an N electrode; attaching the driving substrate and the transfer substrate through the alignment mark, so that the first electrode and the second electrode are electrically respectively connected to the P electrode and the N electrode; removing the alignment mark; and thinning the second substrate. A display device made by the method is also provided.

Abstract: An array substrate and a display panel are disclosed, the array substrate includes a substrate, a light shielding layer, an insulation layer, and a metal layer. The array substrate has a first region being transparent and a second region being opaque. The metal layer includes a data line and a first touch wiring. The light shielding layer includes a second touch wiring coupled with the first touch wiring. At least one portion of the second touch wiring is disposed below a portion of the data line close to the first region.
