Abstract: An array substrate and a touch control display panel are provided. The array substrate comprises a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area; a plurality of touch control electrodes comprising a plurality of first touch control electrodes and a plurality of second touch control electrodes; and a plurality of touch control signal lines. A first touch control electrode is disposed only in the display area. A second touch control electrode includes a first portion disposed in the display area and a second portion disposed in the non-display area. A ratio m between an area of the first portion of the second touch control electrode and an area of the first touch control electrode is configured to be approximately 0.067≤m≤0.65. A touch control electrode is electrically connected to at least one of the plurality of touch control signal lines.

Abstract: An array substrate, and a display panel and display device including the same are disclosed. An embodiment of the array substrate comprises a display region and a non-display region. The non-display region comprises: abase substrate; and a first metal layer, a second metal layer, and a third metal layer arranged in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate. A transistor and a metal line are arranged in the non-display region. A gate electrode of the transistor is located in the first metal layer. A source electrode and a drain electrode of the transistor are located in the second metal layer. The metal line is located in the third metal layer. The orthographic projection of the transistor onto the base substrate overlaps, at least partially, with the orthographic projection of the metal line onto the base substrate.

Abstract: Provided are a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The display device includes an organic light-emitting display panel and a fingerprint identification assembly disposed on a non-light-emitting display side of the organic light-emitting display panel. The fingerprint identification assembly includes a first substrate, a fingerprint identification unit and a light-shielding structure. The fingerprint identification unit and the light-shielding structure are disposed on a same side of the first substrate. The light-shielding structure is disposed between the fingerprint identification unit and the organic light-emitting display panel; the light-shielding structure includes at least two light-shielding layers, each light-shielding layer includes light-transmissive portions and at least one light-shielding portion, and the light-transmissive portions are at least partially surrounded by the light-shielding portion; in a direction perpendicular to the first substrate, positions of light-transmissive portions in one light-shielding layer are in one-to-one correspondence with positions of light-transmissive portions in another one light-shielding layer.
