Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided which can avoid contact between an encapsulant and a first bedding metal, thereby improving the encapsulation effect of the display panel. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, and a first substrate and a second substrate. The first substrate and the second substrate are positioned opposite to each other. The non-display area includes a frit encapsulation area having a first bedding metal that is located on a side of the first substrate facing away from the second substrate.
