Abstract: A method and a device for adjusting and displaying an image are provided. The method includes: monitoring the distance between a user in front of a display screen and the display screen; when monitoring that a distance between the user and the display screen is less than a preset threshold, determining an adjusted size of an image on the display screen according to the distance; and displaying the image on the display screen according to the adjusted size.
