Abstract: A method for presenting multimedia information is disclosed. The method includes: upon detecting a start event of an application, determining multimedia information to be presented in the application in accordance with predetermined presenting policies and a set of multimedia information, wherein the set of multimedia information includes at least one piece of multimedia information; and presenting the determined multimedia information in a start interface of the application.
