摘要:
A system for and method of evaluating a log. The system includes an analysis module having at least one input terminal connectable to the at least one input device. The at least one input terminal is operable to receive at least one signal representing at least one measured property of the log and at least one determined parameter of the log determined in response to an energy being applied to the log. The analysis module further includes a processor coupled to the at least one input terminal. The processor determines a predictive modulus of elasticity (MOE) of the log based at least in part on the at least one measured property and the at least one sensed parameter. The analysis module also includes an output terminal coupled to the processor and connectable to an output device. The output terminal transmits a third signal representing the predictive MOE.

In an example embodiment, a first message is received on a service bus which supports a plurality of disparate client applications and a plurality of disparate services. The message may be parsed to determine a requesting client application from the plurality of disparate client applications where the requesting client application is associated with one or more of the plurality of disparate services. Metadata associated with the first message may be retrieved that indicates a program identification associated with the client application and the first message may be routed to a first service from the plurality of services based on the program identification. A response may be also be received from the first service and the response may be transmitted to the requesting client application.

A blocking system intercepts communications between a software program and an operating system in order to handle blocking and unblocking of event signals. The blocking system intercepts system calls to the operating system requesting the blocking and unblocking of event signals and keeps track of which event signals are blocked and unblocked without delivering the system calls to the operating system. The blocking system also intercepts event signals from the operating system and only allows unblocked event signals to pass to the software program. Blocked event signals received by the blocking system are discarded until the program unblocks the blocked event signals. After unblocking an event signal, the blocking system determines whether a corresponding event signal was previously received and blocked. If so, the blocking system transmits a signal indicating that the event corresponding to the event signal occurred.
