    摘要: A method and an apparatus for processing a voice call has the method steps of: loading CAP operation libraries and algorithms of camel1 and camel2 to a service creation environment version of camel3; identifying a network type of camel and determining whether to modify IDP parameters according to the identified network type; triggering a service of a camel3 network type; invoking a CAP operation library and an algorithm of a corresponding camel to process parameter information in an IDP, and invoking a signalling of a corresponding network type in subsequent operations. By applying the present invention, it is not required to update service products to be adaptive to the network type, and the service products can automatically adapt to the current network environment of the user to process the call service no matter what network environment the user is in.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a system and method for achieving a Call Back service. The system includes a callback center and an online charging system (OCS) module. The method includes: the callback center receiving a callback request in which a calling party and a called party are both OCS subscribers, using a roaming number to call the calling party/called party, adjusting the charging duration of the firstly called party therein after the conversation is over, and then notifying the OCS module to deduct charges for both parties. The present invention is capable of charging reasonably and displaying the number accurately without any requirement on the cooperation of the pre-charge calling system, and the present invention is suitable to the intelligent network service which uses the OCS and the conventional intelligent network service.
