Abstract: A component that may not function properly when being removed from a case can be easily attached to the case and can be prevented from being removed from the case. When a substantially cylindrical inner tube is inserted into a case, a substantially cylindrical receiving part provided with claws is inserted along the inner tube, and the claws lock into the hole. When a filter element is inserted into the case, the inner tube is inserted along the inner peripheral surface of a filtration material, and an end member is inserted along a receiving part.
