摘要： The present invention presents an optical recording medium capable of forming visible images of excellent visibility by using laser light, and a method for manufacturing the same.An optical recording medium has a first substrate on which an information recording layer and an image recording layer are formed in this order, and a second substrate formed on the image recording layer, in which a surface of the image recording layer side of the second substrate is roughened. A method for manufacturing an optical recording medium having a first substrate on which at least an information recording layer and an image recording layer are formed in this order, and a second substrate formed on the image recording layer, includes a roughening process of roughening a surface at the image recording layer-forming side of the second substrate, an image recording layer forming process of forming the image recording layer on the roughened surface of the second substrate, an information recording layer forming process of forming the information recording layer on the first substrate, and a laminating process of adhering the first substrate and second substrate.
