    摘要: A mathematical operation processing apparatus is disclosed by which the supply of an operand which is performed based on condition codes by a plurality of mathematical operations can be performed at a high speed. The mathematical operation processing apparatus includes a plurality of computing elements configured to perform different mathematical operations different from one another and produce mathematical operation results of the mathematical operations and condition codes. A condition code set register retains the condition codes produced simultaneously by the computing elements as a condition code set. A condition code conversion section performs a predetermined conversion for the condition code set and outputs a result of the conversion as a conversion condition code set. An operand supplying section supplies an operand for the mathematical operations in the computing elements based on the conversion condition code set.

    摘要: The present invention concerns a digital still camera (1). This camera carries out a framing process by using an infrared pick-up image and a visible light photographing by using a flash or a low speed shutter in a still image pick-up process. Upon automatic focusing, the light of an auxiliary visible light source (23) for automatic focusing is emitted to apply the visible lights and carry out an automatic focusing process. In the digital still camera, the framing process can be carried out which allows the image of a subject which is to be picked up to be displayed on a finder even under an environment of low illuminance such as photographing a dark place and a user to recognize the contents of the photographed image. Further, after that, even when the visible light photographing is carried out through the irradiation of flash or the low speed shutter, an accurate focusing can be realized.

A judgment unit judges whether a selected pixel of interest is a white overexposure pixel or not on the basis of white overexposure pixel distribution information that is held in a white overexposure distribution information memory. A white overexposure pixel judgment is made for each of pixels that make up an image. A reader reads, for each selected pixel of interest that is judged as a white overexposure pixel by the judgment unit, chromatic aberration amount distribution information for a certain area that is determined on the basis of the selected pixel of interest out of a chromatic aberration distribution information memory. An adder adds each chromatic aberration amount contained in the chromatic aberration amount distribution information that is read by the reader to a value of the corresponding position in the storage area of a chromatic aberration amount memory.
