摘要： A push-on switch includes an insulating resin case 21 which contains a main body 24, a central fixed contact point 22 and an outer fixed contact point 23 fixed on the back wall of a front-open recess 21A; a domed movable contact 27; and an operating body 29 supported by a cover 30. The case 21 has an overhang 25, which stretches horizontally from the case in the upper part to be of a size greater than the size of main body 24. The overhang 25 is provided with terminals 26 electrically coupled with the central fixed contact point 22 and the outer fixed contact point 23, respectively. In the above-configured switch, the constituent parts are simplyformed, and can be manufactured through easy mold machining or other processing methods.

摘要： A push-on switch includes a contact substrate provided thereon with a switch contact assembly, and an elastically deformable member disposed on the switch contact assembly. The push-on switch further includes a push button having a plate portion and a tubular portion. The tubular portion extends downward from the peripheral edge of the plate portion to surround an upper portion of the elastically deformable member. The plate portion is formed with a recess on an underside thereof at its center. A bottom surface of the recess is placed on a top surface of the elastically deformable member. The push-on switch further includes a tubular case fixed to the contact substrate. The tubular case supports the tubular portion of the push button so as to be vertically movable in the tubular case.

摘要： There is provided a multistage push-on switch used in input operation sections in various electronic apparatuses. In particular, there is provided a push-on switch in which a first-stage switch turns on with an operation force lower than conventionally achievable and the resultant on-state is easily retained. The push-on switch is configured such that movable contact (7) having projecting segment (11) permanently connected with outer contact (41) is accommodated in recess (21A) of switch enclosure (21), on which sheet (50) with center through hole (50A) for movable contact (7) is placed. The push-on switch also includes metal cover (13) with a cover terminal. Metal cover (13) is attached to switch enclosure (21) such that pressing segment (13C) faces off against disc segment (8) of movable contact (7) corresponding to the position of the center through hole (50A) with a predetermined vertical gap between pressing segment (13C) and disc segment (8). When a very low and weak force is applied on pressing segment (13C), it comes into contact with disc segment (8) to change the state of the first-stage switch.

摘要： In a switch, an elastic member made of elastic material includes a bar section, a conical section at its upper portion functioning as a first deforming section, and a second deforming section at its lower portion. A movable contact in a switch case is pushed with the lower end portion of the second deforming section. A bar section of an elastic element projects through a central hole of a cover fixed to the switch case. In this switch, a pushing force applied to the elastic element deforms the first deforming section elastically, and then the second deforming section deforms elastically, and thus, the switch operates. The switch can absorb fluctuations due to combination of components of an electronic appliance, and stabilize its manipulation feeling through eliminating looseness of an operation button of the appliance.

摘要： A push-on switch includes a movable contact which has a projecting segment permanently connected with an outer contact and which is accommodated in a recess of a switch enclosure. A sheet with a center through hole for the movable contact is placed on the switch enclosure. The push-on switch also includes a metal cover with a cover terminal. The metal cover is attached to the switch enclosure such that a pressing segment faces a disc segment of the movable contact corresponding to the position of the center through hole with a predetermined vertical gap between the pressing segment and the disc segment. When a very low and weak force is applied on the pressing segment, the pressing segment comes into contact with the disc segment to change the state of a first-stage switch.

摘要： A first stationary contact (i.e., center stationary contact) has a center contact point exposed at the center on the bottom of a recess in a square-shaped switch base as viewed from the above. The first stationary contact is disposed to the bottom of the recess with its lead paths extended along one of diagonal lines of the square-shaped switch base from the center contact point toward both side edges of the switch base. Second stationary contacts (i.e., outer stationary contacts) are arranged at positions along an outer brim of the recess in a line-symmetrical manner about the one of the diagonal lines in areas opposite each other along the other diagonal line. The first stationary contact and the second stationary contacts are arranged in this manner and secured into embedment by means of insertion molding in the bottom of the recess in the switch base of an insulation resin.
