    摘要: There is provided a rolling die and a method for forming a thread or worm and a spline having a small number of teeth whose number is thirteen or less simultaneously by rolling. By use of rolling dies, the formation of a worm by rolling by use of a thread rolling die starts, and after that, the formation of a spline having a small number of teeth by rolling starts by use of a spline rolling die while continuing the formation of the worm. Accordingly, a rolled material can be rolled forcibly by a driving source from the worm rolled using the thread rolling die. As a result, the spline having a small number of teeth whose number is thirteen or less can be formed by rolling onto the rolled material at the same time as the formation of the worm.

    摘要: There is provided a rolling die and a method for forming a thread or worm and a spline having a small number of teeth whose number is thirteen or less simultaneously by rolling. By use of rolling dies, the formation of a worm by rolling by use of a thread rolling die starts, and after that, the formation of a spline having a small number of teeth by rolling starts by use of a spline rolling die while continuing the formation of the worm. Accordingly, a rolled material can be rolled forcibly by a driving source from the worm rolled using the thread rolling die.     摘要: A current amplifying element that operates at a higher speed than conventional semiconductor devices is provided. An input current flows through an input current path 60 in a direction X, and a magnetic field generated from a magnet 90 is applied in a direction Z which is perpendicular to the direction X. An output current path 70 is formed under the input current path 60 with an insulator 80 interposed therebetween. Since the direction in which an output current flows is perpendicular to both the input current and the magnetic field, the current is amplified by the galvanomagnetic effects produced by the input current and the magnetic field.

    摘要: A flexible tube includes a bellows tube, an interlock tube placed inside the bellows tube, and upstream-side and downstream-side joint pipes coupled to opposite ends of the bellows tube. Diameters of fixing end portions located at opposite ends of the interlock tube are made larger than a diameter at a middle portion of the interlock tube, extension portions of the upstream-side and downstream-side joint pipes are fitted and fixed to inner peripheral surfaces of the fixing end portions of the interlock tube, and a depth of each of valley portions of a bellows portion of the bellows tube located over the fixing end portions is smaller than a depth of other valley portions of the bellows portion. Accordingly, it is possible to achieve the downsizing of the flexible tube that is connected to an exhaust system being continuous with an engine to dampen vibrations in the axial direction of the exhaust system.
