摘要： Suppository containing a one-to-one complex of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim dispersed in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier is disclosed. It may contain a supplemental amount of sulfamethoxazole in addition to the sulfamethoxazole component in the complex and is superior to conventional preparations of a simple mixture in its manufacturing process as well as its pharmacokinetical property.
