摘要： An active array substrate, liquid crystal display panel, and manufacturing method thereof are provided. The active array substrate includes a base, a plurality of scan lines disposed on the base, a plurality of data lines perpendicular to the scan lines, a plurality of pixel electrodes, a plurality of active devices, in which each active device is connected to the corresponding scan line, data line and pixel electrode to form a pixel region. The height adjust structure, disposed on the active device, the data line or the scan line, can be shaped into a circle, circle-like shape, ellipse, a compact pattern without any acute angle or a compact pattern without any right angle.

摘要： A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel including a color filter on array (COA) substrate, an opposite substrate, and a liquid crystal layer is provided. The opposite substrate has a common electrode, a plurality of main spacers, a plurality of spacer stages disposed on the common electrode and protruding toward the COA substrate, and a plurality of sub-spacers disposed on the common electrode. The main spacers are disposed on the spacer stages to maintain a cell gap between the COA substrate and the opposite substrate. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the COA substrate and the opposite substrate. The above-mentioned LCD panel is an LCD panel with hybrid spacers having the main spacers and the sub-spacers.

摘要： A color filter including a substrate, a bank and a plurality of color filter films is provided. The bank is disposed on the substrate and has many openings. The bank has both a bottom surface contacting the substrate and a top surface exceeding the bottom surface. An outline of the bottom surface does not exceed that of the top surface. Besides, the color filter films are disposed on the substrate exposed by the openings, respectively, and each of the color filter films has a curved top surface. In the above-mentioned color filter, wetability between the bank and the color filter films is favorable.
