    摘要: A touch pixel array substrate suitable for a touch display panel includes a first substrate, scan lines, data lines, signal-control lines, read-out lines, voltage-shielding lines, active devices, pixel electrodes, and photo-sensing units. The scan lines, the data lines, the signal-control lines, the read-out lines, and the voltage-shielding lines are located on the first substrate. Each of the read-out lines is located between two adjacent data lines. Each of the voltage-shielding lines is located between one of the read-out lines and one of the data lines. Both sides of each of the read-out lines are adjacent to two voltage-shielding lines. The photo-sensing units are located on the first substrate and electrically connected to the scan lines, the signal-control lines, and the read-out lines correspondingly. A touch display panel and a touch pixel structure are also provided.

    摘要: In an exemplary optical touch circuit and a LCD device using the same, an optical sensing unit is turned on or off according to an irradiation light intensity and accordingly generates a first signal. A first signal readout unit is electrically coupled to the optical sensing unit and turned on or off according to a first operation timing sequence and accordingly outputs the first signal. A touch reference unit is for providing a reference voltage. A second signal readout unit is turned on or off according to a second operation timing sequence and accordingly outputs the reference voltage. The touch sensing unit is electrically coupled to the first and second signal readout units and uses a voltage difference between the first signal and the reference voltage as a basis to determine that whether the optical touch circuit is touched or not.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a self-adjusting photosensitive touch circuit, which includes a light-sensing component, a variable capacitor and a switch component. The light-sensing component is for sensing a touch status and receives a first control signal. The light-sensing component is enabled by a level of the first control signal. The variable capacitor is electrically coupled to the light-sensing component. A capacitance of the variable capacitor is altered along with a voltage difference between two terminals of the variable capacitor. The switch component is electrically coupled to the variable capacitor, and receives a second control signal. The switch component is enabled by a level of the second control signal. Therefore, a range of the gate voltage difference of the light-sensing component can be increased, so as to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the light-sensing component. Moreover, the present invention also relates to a display device thereof.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a self-adjusting photosensitive touch circuit, which includes a light-sensing component, a variable capacitor and a switch component.
