摘要： An electro-optical device including a pair of flexible substrates including transparent electrodes deposited on a phenoxy resin layer and separated by spacers is provided. The flexible substrates include a support substrate, a gas barrier layer laminated on each side of the support substrate and a phenoxy resin layer on the interior gas barrier layer. Spacers are embedded in an orientation film to maintain distance between the substrates. Improved bonding strength between substrates is provided by a sealing region free of orientation film.

摘要： An apparatus for removing compressed snow and the like, includes a steam cutter provided with a plurality of longitudinally extending steam pipes connected to a steam header, with each of the steam pipes having a steam discharging opening formed in its undersurface, and an excluding blade located behind the steam cutter. The blade is disposed at an angle of inclination with respect to an advancing direction of the removing apparatus, which angle can be adjusted.

摘要： An apparatus for preparing an inorganic spheroidized particle, wherein an inorganic powder is fed from a feed pathway for an inorganic powder to a combustion flame in a powder melting furnace, and melted or softened and spheroidized, and wherein the apparatus comprises a powder dispersing plate in the feed pathway for an inorganic powder; and a process for preparing an inorganic spheroidized particle comprising the step of preparing inorganic spheroidized particles with the apparatus for preparing inorganic spheroidized particles as defined above. The inorganic spheroidized particle prepared by the above process and apparatus can be suitably used for a spherical molding sand, a filler, a pigment or the like, especially in the case where the inorganic spheroidized particle is a ceramics particle.
