    摘要： Provided is a method and system for measuring traffic quality in distribution using test mail into which a radio frequency identity tag is inserted. The system accepts at least one test distribution piece including a tag, and collects information of test distribution by sensing a tag included with the test distribution piece at measuring points for measuring a time from acceptance to delivery of a general distribution piece. The system generates a processing rate and a delivery rate of distribution based on information of the test distribution pieces collected from the measuring points.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a system and a method for operation and management of a logistics center In a system for operation and management of a logistics center according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the past patterns of product amount for a user's desired operation plan period is analyzed and product amount to be handled in a predetermined unit by the logistics center is calculated, on the basis of the analysis result. Further, an operation plan about manpower needed for work in the logistics center is made on the basis of the calculated product amount of interest and basis information for manpower operation determined by a user. Thereafter, it is monitored whether corresponding work is on the operation plan that is made, and then at least one of the monitored results is provided to the user. Accordingly, it is possible to efficiently operate manpower needed in the logistics center, and to variously adjust and newly make a variety of work plans.

    摘要： An apparatus for building an address database and a method includes: an address reading unit for reading an address from an address image; a read result storing unit for storing the read address and an accumulated value that represents the number of reads of the read address; an effective address storing unit for storing an effective address database that includes a plurality of effective addresses that substantially exist; and an effective address extracting unit for storing the read address to the effective address unit according to whether the accumulated value of the read address loaded from the read result storing unit is more than a predetermined threshold value. According to the present invention, the address database is built by verifying the address read from address information that is written on a piece of mail, thereby improving the reliability and completeness of the address database.

In the case of processing incoming mail, when a domestic address is written in a foreign language, it is converted into a correct native address written in a native language that is then mapped on an attached barcode or a newly generated barcode. Also, when it is impossible to analyze the characters through character recognition, the read image information is transmitted to a remote video coding center, and a specialist converts it into a native language to map the information on the barcode. Further, when a mailman reads the barcode in the final delivery process, a detailed native address is displayed on a display device such as a personal digital assistant (PDA).

    摘要： A method and system for controlling the flow of postal mail in real-time are provided. The logistical system includes a pre-application processing system, a real-time mail planning and adjusting system, and a real-time working planning and performing system. The pre-application processing system registers bulk mail inputted in a generating system, and generates sending data and quantity data of the registered bulk mail. The real-time mail planning and adjusting system collects predetermined working plan quantities to process the quantity data for respective distribution centers, and allocates temporary vehicles when a quantity for delivery between the distribution centers exceeds processing capacities of the distribution centers. The real-time working planning and performing system uses the quantity data to transfer a quantity of mail for processing to postal distribution centers, and collects and compares working plans from each of the postal distribution centers.
