    摘要: A main board support panel retains a main computer board in a computer enclosure. The main board support panel has a plate for supporting the main board. The plate has a bottom edge and an opposite top edge. Two retaining tabs are formed on the bottom edge. Two offset tabs are formed on a bottom plate of the enclosure and gaps are defined between the offset tabs and the bottom plate of the enclosure for receiving the retaining tabs therein. Two retaining lugs are formed on the top edge of the plate. Each retaining lug has an inclined first edge and an opposite second edge with a recess defined therein. Each retaining lug is inserted between first and second bosses formed on the enclosure by moving the main board support panel in a first direction substantially normal to the panel. The inclined edge of the retaining lug slides along the first boss of the enclosure for guiding and moving the main board support panel with respect to the enclosure in a second direction substantially normal to the first direction whereby the recess engages with the second boss to secure the panel in the enclosure.

    摘要: A computer enclosure includes a frame having a bottom plate and front and rear plates mounted to and extending from opposite edges of the bottom plate. A front bezel is mounted to the front plate. The front bezel has a plurality of resilient arms each forming a barb. The front plate defines a plurality of first openings for receiving the arms therein. A tab is connected to an edge of each first opening by an arcuate section for guiding the barb of the corresponding arm into the first opening whereby the barb engages with a free edge of the tab with the arm supported thereby. A plurality of bores is defined in the front plate with a tubular projection extending from the front plate surrounding each bore. A positioning pin extending from the bezel is snappingly received in the corresponding bore with the pin contacting and supported by an inside surface of the tubular projection thereby protecting the pin from being damaged by a sharp edge of the bore. A second opening is defined in the front plate for extension of wires of switches and indicators mounted on the bezel therethrough. A circumferential wall is formed on the front plate to surround the second opening for supporting the wires thereby preventing the wires from being damaged by a sharp edge of the second opening.

    摘要: A computer enclosure includes an outer casing having at least a bottom plate and a first front plate. A number of first tabs are formed on the first front plate. Each first tab is associated with an opening defined in the first front plate. An inner casing is received in the outer casing and is movably supported on the bottom panel. The inner casing has at least a second front plate abutting against the first front plate of the outer casing. Second tabs are formed on the second front plate for being received in the openings of the outer casing and abutting against the corresponding first tabs for positioning the inner casing with respect to the outer casing and establishing a grounding path therebetween. The openings of the outer casing are shielded by the second front plate of the inner casing thereby preventing leakage of electromagnetic radiation therethrough.

    摘要: A computer enclosure exclusively mounts two differently sized power supplies. The computer enclosure includes a rear panel having a first opening for directly mounting a first power supply, a base panel having a fixing portion near the first opening, and a mounting bracket having a second opening for mounting a second power supply to the rear panel. The second power supply has a smaller dimension than the first power supply. The mounting bracket is assembled with the second power supply. An electrical socket and venting holes of the second power supply is exposed to an exterior of the computer enclosure through the second opening. The assembly of the mounting bracket and the second power supply is mounted to the rear panel and the base panel. The second opening aligns with the first opening for connecting the socket of the second power supply with an outside power source and for exposing the venting holes to the exterior of the enclosure.
