摘要： An anti-shake apparatus (an image-stabilization apparatus) of a photographing device comprises a movable unit and a controller. The movable unit has an imaging device and is movable and rotatable for an anti-shake operation. The controller controls the movable unit for the anti-shake operation. The controller obtains information regarding a resolution at the edge of a lens that is used for an imaging operation of the imaging device. The controller controls a degree of the anti-shake operation that is performed for correcting hand-shake caused by roll on the basis of the resolution at the edge of the lens.

摘要： A lighting apparatus includes a plurality of light sources, and a light-source controller. The light-source controller controls the plurality of light sources so that at least one light source in the plurality of light sources can emit assisting light to form contrasts of luminance on a photographic subject, and so that the light sources can simultaneously emit illuminating light to illuminate the photographic subject uniformly. And a photographing apparatus includes the lighting apparatus, a line sensor, and a distance measurer. The line sensor forms image signals corresponding to an image of the photographic subject by receiving the reflected light of the assisting light or the illuminating light reflected by the photographic subject. The distance measurer measures a distance to the subject based on the image signals formed by the line sensor. The line sensor and a high-luminance area formed by emission of the assisting light, cross each other on a plane including the light receiving surface of the line sensor.

The controller performs at least one of a first determination of whether the first stabilization is to be performed and a second determination of whether the second stabilization is to be performed, on the basis of the inclination angle.

摘要： A dust removal apparatus of a photographing apparatus comprises a movable unit and a controller. The movable unit has an imaging device and is movable. The controller strikes the movable unit against a boundary of a range of movement of the movable unit as a dust removal operation. The controller counts the number of times of the dust removal operation, measures an elapsed time from the point when counting the number of times of the dust removal operation commences. When the elapsed time is less than or equal to a time period and the number of times of the dust removal operation is equal to or greater than a predetermined number of times, the controller halts the dust removal operation until a predetermined time period has elapsed.

The controller determines which of the translational movement and the rotational movement is to be performed, on the basis of a first hand-shake parameter caused by yaw that is calculated for the first stabilization and a second hand-shake parameter caused by pitch that is calculated for the second stabilization.
