    摘要: A noise canceling apparatus (1) comprises an amplifier (10) for amplifying a measured signal (ms) outputted from a measuring device (3), an analog filter (11), an ADC (12), a digital filter (14), a coefficient control section (13), and a data input section (15). The digital filter (14) is a notch filter for attenuating a frequency component of a quantitative signal D(n) outputted from the ADC (12) at a plurality of notches (stop bands). A transfer function of the digital filter (14) is expressed by the product of a plurality of factors each having a root that corresponds to each one of the plurality of notches. The coefficient control section (13) changes a frequency component of a root corresponding to a notch selected from the plurality of notches, and thereafter, expands in a polynomial the transfer function of the reconstructed digital filter (14). On the basis of the polynomial thereby obtained, a new series of filter coefficients is calculated. A filter characteristic is controlled in such a manner that it conforms to a frequency variation of a fixed-period vibration noise, whereby the fixed-period vibration noise that varies in frequency is attenuated with a high degree of precision.

    摘要: A multi-point cell type weighing machine has a plural number of scale cells set on a floor to support a table and to output weight signals indicative of weights measured thereby of a target object placed on the table. One or more floor vibration detecting cells are set on the same floor and output floor vibration detection signals indicative of the vibrations of the floor. The weight signals are corrected on the basis of vibration components of the floor vibration detection signals. A standard weight is placed at a larger plural number of places on the table than there are scale cells and output sensitivity ratios among the scale cells are calculated from outputted values from the scale cells, and the weight signals are further corrected on the basis of the output sensitivity ratios. These weight signals are added together and the weight of the target object is obtained from the added signal. A plurality of floor vibration detecting cells may be set on the floor, each near different one of the scale cells, or they may be set anywhere on the floor and a mode of floor vibrations may calculated from their outputs. A single floor vibration detecting cell may be set between the scale cells. The table is supported by the scale cells through elastic pieces such that only vertical forces are communicated to the scale cells.

    摘要: A filtering technique which makes it possible to easily and appropriately eliminate a noise without increasing a scale of a circuit necessary for a filtering process even if a noise frequency is liable to be changed is provided. A filter coefficient calculator (6) of a weight measurement apparatus calculates filter coefficients using a predetermined arithmetic expression and outputs them to a signal processor (5). The signal processor (5) carries out a filtering process on a weighing signal (Ds) using the filter coefficients. The arithmetic expression includes a parameter specifying a band position of an attenuation band where attenuation must be locally enhanced. A user can input a value of the parameter via a data entry part (7). In this manner, the filter coefficients can be changed by using a parameter specifying the band position of the attenuation band which is physical and thus easy to grasp. Accordingly, it is possible to easily move the attenuation band, and thus noise can be eliminated easily and appropriately.

    摘要: A weighing machine, such as a combinational weighing machine, has scale cells and a plurality of dummy cells installed on the same floor. The scale cells output weight signals corresponding to the weights of objects being loaded. The mode of vibrations of the floor is detected from dummy signals from the dummy cells, vertical displacements of the floor at the positions of the scale cells are calculated, and their effects are eliminated from the weight signals. Those of the scale cells not selected after a cycle of combinational calculations can be used as dummy cells in the next cycle. A memory device may be provided to store preferred combinations of such scale cells not selected that may be used for this purpose. Effects of the floor vibrations can be eliminated more accurately if the differences in sensitivity among the cells due to physical characteristics of the individual cells and/or due to the different loads on them can be taken into account either by a feedback calculation or by a formula.
