    摘要： In a connector (10) for connecting a connection object (30), a conductive contact (11) is held by an insulator (12) and is for electrically connecting the connection object. In addition, a conductive plate (14) is held by the insulator. The conductive plate has a spring piece (16) facing the conductive contact. The spring piece has plural finger pieces and is for elastically contacting with the connection object. The finger pieces are arranged to have a slit left between adjacent ones of the finger pieces. The insulator has a beam portion (19) placed in the slit.

    摘要： An insulator (40) retains a plurality of conductive signal contacts (10) arrayed in a first direction (A1) for contacting with signal contacts of a counterpart connector, and further retains a conductive ground plate (20). The ground plate is arranged so as to be spaced apart from the signal contacts and has a plurality of ground contacts (24, 25) for contacting with ground contacts of the counterpart connector. These ground contacts are arrayed in the first direction and joined to each other via a joining portion (21). A connection piece (32, 33) extends from a part of the joining portion in the same direction as each of the ground contacts. The connection piece contacts with a conductive shell (60) formed separately from the ground plate and covering the insulator.

    摘要： In a connector for connecting a thin sheet member to a mating object, a conductive shell portion collectively covering a base insulator and a cover insulator in a predetermined direction. The base insulator has a through hole penetrating therethrough in the predetermined direction. The cover insulator is cooperated with the base insulator and is for holding the thin sheet member in the predetermined direction. The shell portion has a first spring part to be brought into press contact with the thin sheet member via the through hole and a second spring part for pressing the cover insulator towards the thin sheet member.
