Abstract: Provided is a binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery electrode with which it is possible to form a slurry composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery electrode having excellent stability and an electrode for a non-aqueous secondary battery having excellent peel strength after thermal drying. The binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery electrode contains a particulate polymer A and a particulate polymer B. The particulate polymer A includes: a backbone portion formed of a block copolymer that includes an aromatic vinyl monomer unit and an aliphatic conjugated diene monomer unit; and a graft portion. The particulate polymer B includes an aliphatic conjugated diene monomer unit in a proportion of 70.0 mass % or more and includes a graft portion.
