Abstract: A brake booster is comprised of an actuation unit, which can be coupled to a brake cylinder. The actuation unit is comprised of at least one actuation element that can be coupled to an electric motor via a transmission and at least one actuation element that can be coupled to a power input element. The actuation unit also includes at least one power transmission element that can be coupled to at least one actuation element in a power-transmitting manner, and at least one power take-up element that can be coupled or is coupled to an actuation detection device for the detection of an actuation of the electromechanical brake booster. The power take-up element can be coupled or is coupled to at least one actuation element. The power take-up element is configured to limit a relative movement of the actuation element relative to the power transmission element.

Abstract: An electrically actuatable operating unit (106) for a motor vehicle brake comprises a housing body (122) which is arranged so as to be displaceable in a braking direction for operation of the motor vehicle brake, a recess (150) formed in the housing body (122), wherein the recess (150) is delimited at one longitudinal end by a contact shoulder (172), a through-opening (158) delimited by the contact shoulder (172), an operating member (124) which is arranged in the recess (150) so as to be displaceable for operation of the motor vehicle brake and projects through the through-opening (158) of the contact shoulder (172), wherein the operating member (124) can be arranged in a force-transmitting manner between a brake pedal and the motor vehicle brake (400). The operating unit (106) further comprises a return spring (126) which is arranged in the recess (150) and is configured to move the operating member (124) relative to the housing body (122) away from the contact shoulder (172), and a sleeve element (180) which circumferentially surrounds a portion of the operating member (124) at least partially and is held in contact with the contact shoulder (172) by the return spring (126), and wherein the sleeve element (180) projects into the through-opening (158) in such a manner that it is arranged between the operating member (124) and an inner circumferential surface of the contact shoulder (172) that delimits the through-opening (158).

Abstract: An actuating unit for a brake booster of a vehicle is disclosed, the actuating unit having a housing and a force transmission module which is received displaceably in the housing. The force transmission module has a first force transmission element, a second force transmission element which is couplable or coupled to the first force transmission element so as to transmit force, a spring device which is couplable or coupled to the second force transmission element so as to transmit force and an actuating element which is couplable or coupled to the first force transmission element. The spring device is configured to exert a spring force on the first and/or second force transmission element such that the first and/or second force transmission element is able to be held at least temporarily in a predetermined initial position. The first and/or second force transmission element is adjustable from the initial position counter to the spring force of the spring device by an adjustment path by a force exerted and/or transmitted onto the first force transmission element. The force transmission module is configured to decouple the first force transmission element from the spring device after a defined adjustment path, as well as a brake booster, vehicle brake system and subassembly therefor.

Abstract: A method for producing a gear shaft for an electromechanical brake booster having an electric motor and having a rotation/translation conversion gear, which converts a rotating drive movement of the electric motor into a linear movement for actuating a piston-cylinder unit for generating a hydraulic brake pressure, is provided, according to which a force transmission element is provided. A rotationally-symmetrical gearing is integrally formed on a drive-side end of the force transmission element. A positioning and fastening device is formed on the force transmission element at the output side, and a gearwheel is anchored on the force transmission element in a rotationally fixed manner by the positioning and fastening device. A gear shaft and a brake booster are also disclosed.
