Abstract: A method, device and terminal for implementing an Internet of Things (IoT) application are provided. The method includes: the terminal interacting with an IoT via an SIP network, wherein the terminal supports an SIP protocol and possesses a function of communicating with an IoT device. Using the terminal which supports an SIP protocol and possesses a function of communicating with the IoT device, the solution can execute the interaction between the terminal and the IoT via the SIP network, and implement the IoT application on the SIP network.
