    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a random access method, a random access apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic device. The random access method is implemented through the cooperation of terminal device and network device. The random access method applied to a terminal device includes: sending a random access request to a network device; obtaining downlink control information corresponding to the terminal device sent by the network device from a physical downlink control channel according to the random access request, where the downlink control information includes a random access response; decoding the downlink control information, extracting scheduling information of a random access instruction from the random access response; and sending the random access instruction to the network device according to the scheduling information.

    Abstract: Method and system for maintaining link, terminal device, and readable storage medium are disclosed. The method may include determining an end time at which a first service ends, after the first service is initiated to a network side; determining a time at which an RRC release message is received, in response to a reception of the RRC release message corresponding to the first service sent by the network side; estimating a timing duration of an inactivity timer set at the network side, according to the end time and the time at which the RRC release message is received; and sending, after the second service is initiated to network side, a virtual data packet to the network side before the first timed duration reaches the timing duration, to maintain RRC connection between the terminal device and the network side, where the first timed duration starts from the time at which the second service ends.
