Abstract: Provided are a method and system for transmitting dynamic control plane signaling of a virtual cell. The method includes: selecting, by a transmitting end, a base station from a base station set constituting the virtual cell as a channel through which a control plane signaling is transmitted; and transmitting, by the transmitting end, the control plane signaling to a receiving end via the selected base station.
