Abstract: A data transmission method includes: receiving, by a network side, capability information reported by a user equipment UE; sending, by the network side based on at least one of the capability information of the UE and pre-acquired service type of the UE, configuration indication information to the UE; wherein the configuration indication information is indicative of a time point for data transmission between the network side and the UE; and sending, by the network side, data to the UE based on the configuration indication information, or receiving data sent by the UE based on the configuration indication information.
