The present disclosure relates to a method, a device and a system for transmitting multicast group information. The method includes: receiving, by a first CSE, multicast group information transmitted by an underlying network element, wherein the first CSE includes a CSE where a group is located; and setting, by the first CSE, attributes of multicast group resource according to the multicast group information.

Provided are a node management method and device. The method includes that a first node sends a connection establishment request message to a second node; the first node receives a request acceptance response message fed back by the second node, where the request acceptance response message is generated by the second node after the second node determines, according to the connection establishment request message, that local resources satisfy a service requirement of the first node; and the first node receives a connection establishment acknowledgement message sent by the second node, where the connection establishment acknowledgement message is generated by the second node after the second node determines that resource allocation for the first node is completed. The first node and the second node are cooperative nodes for each other.

Disclosed are a method and apparatus for implementing member resource processing, the method comprising: a virtual sub-resource of a pre-created group resource triggers, according to a forwarding request of an initiator, a local common services entity (CSE) to send an acquisition request for acquiring member resource attribute information to one or more member resources, the initiator being a remote CSE or an application entity (AE); and the local CSE sends an update request for forwarding the acquired member resource attribute information to one or more target member resources, so as to update the one or more target member resources. The present disclosure, simplifies a process of forwarding information between member resources, saves signaling overhead, avoids the problem of possible network congestion caused by occupation of network resources, and improves real time performance of the forwarding of the information between the member resources.

Disclosed is a method for establishing a stub network, including: sending a networking request message to an M2M platform; receiving a networking confirmation message sent from the M2M platform, wherein the networking confirmation message comprises networking authorization information; sending a domain-join request for joining a domain to an M2M terminal which has authorized networking according to the networking authorization information; receiving a domain-join confirmation returned by the M2M terminal which has authorized networking and establishing a link for the M2M terminal which has authorized networking; receiving from an M2M terminal in the domain a data forwarding request which comprises identification of a target M2M terminal; and determining the target M2M terminal as an M2M terminal in the domain according to the identification of the target M2M terminal, and directly forwarding service data to the target M2M target terminal. Also disclosed is a device and system for establishing a stub network.

Provided are application registration methods and apparatuses. In a registration method, a Common Services Entity in an Infrastructure Node (IN-CSE) receives a first registration request from an Application Entity (AE) of a Machine-to-Machine/Man Service Provider (M2M SP), wherein the first registration request carries a binding relationship between an identifier of a CSE in a User Equipment (UE) and an M2M External Identifier (M2M-Ext-ID) of the UE; the IN-CSE sends a second registration request to an underlying Network Services Entity (NSE); and the IN-CSE receives a first registration response from the NSE, wherein the first registration response is a response message corresponding to the second registration request.

A reachability management method and device for a machine-to-machine/man (M2M) terminal/terminal peripheral are provided in the embodiments of the present document, which relates to machine-to-machine/man communications. The reachability management method for the M2M terminal/terminal peripheral provided in the present document includes the following steps: when selecting to switch to an M2M stub network, the M2M terminal/terminal peripheral sending a detach request message to a corresponding network side device, wherein the detach request message comprises a terminal signalling connection retention indication; and meanwhile, the M2M terminal/terminal peripheral sending a registration request message to an M2M gateway, wherein the registration request message contains an identifier of the network side device. A terminal, a network side device and an M2M gateway device are also provided in the embodiments of the present document.

The disclosure discloses a Machine-to-Machine/Man (M2M)-based information processing method and an M2M service platform. The method includes that: an M2M service platform provides signature information storage and query service for signed M2M terminal devices and M2M applications; and the M2M service platform executes the transmission of service data between each signed M2M terminal device and the corresponding M2M application, between the M2M applications, and between the M2M terminal devices. The M2M service platform includes: a signature module, configured to provide signature information storage and query service for signed M2M terminal devices and M2M applications; and a service processing module, configured to execute the transmission of service data between each signed M2M terminal device and the corresponding M2M application, between the M2M applications, and between the M2M terminal devices.

The present document discloses a method and device for monitoring and controlling an M2M terminal device based on a policy. An M2M platform obtains a state monitoring and control policy, stores a state control policy of the state monitoring and control policy, issues a state monitoring policy of the state monitoring and control policy, receives reported state information, and triggers a state control operation according to the state information and the state control policy. An M2M terminal device receives the state monitoring policy, triggers a state monitoring operation according to the state monitoring policy, reports monitored state information, receives operation information, and executes the state control operation according to the operation information.
