摘要: An exercise apparatus includes a frame, two crank units, two reciprocating members, two swing arms, two linkages and two carrying arms. A predetermined portion oriented between the top and bottom ends of each linkage is pivotally coupled to the corresponding crank unit and is moved along a circular path. The top end of each linkage is pivotally coupled to the corresponding reciprocating member and is moved along a curved path between two retracing points. The front end of each carrying arm is pivotally coupled to the bottom end of the corresponding linkage and is moved along a first closed path which is elliptical-like shaped. A predetermined portion oriented between the front and rear ends of each carrying arm is pivotally coupled to the bottom of the corresponding swing arm. The rear end of the carrying arm supports user's foot and is moved along a second closed path.

摘要: The present disclosure regards a manual treadmill. The manual treadmill includes a continuous belt coupled to a frame and adapted for an operator walking or running thereon; a sensing apparatus, sensing a parameter and producing a corresponding speed signal corresponding to a current rotating speed of the continuous belt; an inputting apparatus, producing an indication signal corresponding to a target rotating speed of the continuous belt; a control unit, receiving the corresponding speed signal to get a current speed value, receiving the indication signal to get a target speed value, and producing a first control signal; and a resistance adjusting apparatus, producing a resistance to impede the rotation of the continuous belt; wherein the control unit controls the resistance adjusting apparatus using the first control signal to decrease (or increase) the resistance when the current speed value is lower (or higher) than the target speed value.

摘要: According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a stationary exercise apparatus which not only can a user exercise alternately with one leg lifting and the other leg pressing but the exercising paths thereof are capable of being adjusted so that the user is capable of exercising with different postures and motions and having more abundant exercise types. For the sake of safety, stability, and convenience, the supporting portions for the user to step on have specific orientation angles and don't rotate arbitrarily to different positions at every point of the exercising path.

摘要: The present invention provides a multifunctional exercise apparatus for allowing a user to perform rowing exercise or other exercises. The exercise apparatus includes a frame, a sliding seat, a cord winder, a spiral spring connected to the cord winder, a cord connected to the cord winder, a flywheel for generating an exercise resistance, and one-way transmission mechanism connected between the cord winder and the flywheel. The user is able to seat on the sliding seat and slide backward and forward in accord with repeating movement of pulling the cord to perform the rowing exercise, or having lower limbs partially press upon the sliding seat and two hands grasp gripping portions at a front end of the frame to perform other exercises such as stretching exercises. When performing other exercises, a distal end of the cord is connected to the sliding seat and backward movement of the sliding seat would drive the flywheel.

摘要: The present invention provides a treadmill for allowing an exerciser to perform walking or running exercise on an endless belt. The treadmill is selected to be operated in a forward movement mode or in a reverse movement mode. In the reverse movement mode, a control unit of the treadmill controls a driving device to drive a top surface of the endless belt to slide forward for allowing the exerciser to simulate backward walking. When a detecting device detects that the exerciser enters a warning area in front of a normal range of movement, a reaction mechanism would be triggered to control the driving device to slow down or stop the endless belt. In the forward movement mode, the control unit controls the driving device to drive the top surface of the endless belt to slide backward and to disable the reaction mechanism.

摘要: An exercise apparatus includes a resistance system which has a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft and a transmission mechanism mounted between the two rotating shafts, such that the two rotating shafts are rotated with respect to each other at a predetermined transmission ratio. Besides, a first resistance device is controlled to apply a first resistance against rotation of the first rotating shaft, and a second resistance device is controlled to apply a second resistance against rotation of the second rotating shaft. The first resistance device and the second resistance device can be controlled independently. When a user uses the exercise apparatus to perform exercise, a moving member is driven by movement of the user. When the moving member is moved, the two rotating shafts are driven to rotate simultaneously, namely the user has to overcome the rotational resistance of the two rotating shaft during exercise.

摘要: An adjustable socket for use with a socket wrench is disclosed that includes opposite first and second clamping units having an outer surface adapted to closely engage an inner surface of the socket and including an inner groove for securely engaging a bolt or nut, and a transverse threaded through hole; first and second threaded fastening units adapted to drive through the socket and the first and second clamping units to be threadedly secured together; and a guide for guiding transverse movements of the first and the second clamping units such that turning at least one of the first and the second fastening units will move the first and second clamping units closer each other or move them away from each other. The socket having an adjustable inside diameter is adapted to fit many different sizes of bolts or nuts.
