摘要: An electromechanical power steering unit for a motor vehicle includes an integral component having a torque sensor unit, which detects the rotation of the upper steering shaft relative to the lower steering shaft. The torque sensor unit includes a ring magnet rotationally fixed to the upper steering shaft and a magnetic flux guide connected to the lower steering shaft. A magnet sensor detects the rotation of the shaft connected to the ring magnet with respect to the lower shaft connected to the magnetic flux guide and the ring magnet is carried by a ring magnet sleeve, which sits on the upper steering shaft and is made from a thermoplastic material and is molded by way of ultrasound forming in the upper steering shaft in one region for mounting on the upper steering shaft.

摘要: A torque sensor unit may include a ring magnet that can be connected to a first partial shaft for conjoint rotation, a magnetic flux conductor that can be connected to a second partial shaft, a sensor unit having a first housing, wherein the sensor unit detects a change in rotational angle between the partial shafts, a second housing that surrounds the ring magnet and the magnetic flux conductor and is fixedly connected to the first housing of the sensor unit. The second housing of the torque sensor unit may have a housing opening into which the first housing of the sensor unit is pressed to form a frictional connection.

摘要: A device and a method may be used to determine a highly accurate absolute angle of rotation Xt of the rotational position of a rotatably supported steering shaft. Rotation of a rotor of an electric motor with a gearing with a gearing transmission factor K for power assistance may be coupled into rotation of the steering shaft. A rotational position of rotation of the rotor can be measured by means of a rotor position sensor and by using a number of revolutions of the rotor that have occurred. This value is used directly to determine the highly accurate absolute angle of rotation Xt of the steering shaft. Calibration methods involve determining initial values from which the counting of revolutions or the calculations occur.

摘要: An apparatus for introducing an auxiliary torque and/or an additional steering angle into a steering shaft of an electromechanical power steering system may comprise a gearwheel that is attached fixedly on the steering shaft so as to rotate with the steering shaft and that is operatively connected to a drive element of a drive motor for driving the gearwheel. The apparatus may further include a sensor that is connected fixedly to the steering shaft so as to rotate with the steering shaft. So that the attachment of the sensor can take place with less complexity and use less installation space as far as possible, the sensor and the gearwheel may be connected to one another at contact faces.

摘要: A transducer assembly for a torque and/or angle sensor may comprise a pipe section-shaped magnet ring that is secured to a carrier sleeve via an intermediate element. The intermediate element and the magnet ring may be integrally bonded to one another via joining surfaces directed against one another. The intermediate element may be formed of a plastic at least in a region of its joining surface. To provide a transducer assembly that can be more easily produced and assembled with high reliability, the magnet ring may be formed as a plastic-bonded magnet from a plastic material filled with magnetic particles, which is integrally bonded to the plastic of the intermediate element.”
