摘要： The present invention provides methods of producing isolated heat stable polypeptides by expressing the polypeptides in a prokaryotic host cell and subjecting the host cell to heat lysis. The invention further provides screening methods by producing a plurality of isolated heat stable polypeptides by expressing each of the plurality of polypeptides in a prokaryotic host cell and subjecting the host to heat lysis.
