    Abstract: A welded high-pressure fuel pump roller tappet, which is used for the fuel injection system in an engine, includes a guide sleeve, a U-shaped holder and a pin-shaft-roller set. Symmetrical positions on the upper portion of left and right sidewalls of the guide sleeve are provided with inflexed flanges. Two sides of the flange are folded inwardly to form a limiting slot. The U-shaped holder includes a bottom plate and side plates located on left and right sides of the bottom plate. Symmetrical positions on two side plates are provided with axle holes. The pin-shaft-roller set is set up between two side plates of the U-shaped holder. Symmetrical positions on the upper portion of the flange are provided with opening slots. After assembly, the U-shaped holder is located between two flanges. Two side plates are located inside the limiting slots in the flanges.

    Abstract: A high-pressure oil pump roller tappet, used for automobile fuel injection system, mounted between the driving cam and the tappet. The roller tappet includes a shell, a holder, a roller, and a pin. Planes A are arranged on both sides of the seam on lateral sides of the shell. Holes I are arranged at symmetrical positions on two planes A. Holes II are arranged on symmetrical positions on vertical plates. The roller is located in the middle of the pin. Welding has no requirement on the thickness of the plate. The weight can be controlled effectively, reducing inertia force, friction, and wear, improving engine efficiency. The shell and holder are designed as being separate, ensuring that the shell subjects to lateral force as little as possible when the holder subjects to a force, such that the shell is less likely to vibrate. Thus, the shell avoids the abrasion.

    Abstract: A high-pressure fuel pump actuator used in an engine, which is used in a fuel injection system of an engine, is mounted on between a driving cam and a fuel pump plunger. The pump actuator includes a guide sleeve, a U-shaped holder, and a pin shaft roller set. The U-shaped holder is formed by stamping the steel plate integrally.     Abstract: The present invention relates to a valve, and more specially relates to a floating action type servo-valve used for fluid control, comprising a valve body, a torque motor, a pilot stage and a power stage control mechanism. An upper valve block, an intermediate baffle and a lower valve block are spliced by a fastener in the valve body. A torsion-bar spring of the torque motor passes through the center of a gag bit and is fixed to the valve body with a stand. A pilot stage revolving shaft and a power stage revolving stage are provided in a same central line, with a mating between the pilot stage revolving shaft and the upper valve block and a mating between the power stage revolving shaft and the lower valve block.     Abstract: This invention provides a novel lightweight rocker arm frame and a forming process of a curved crown part thereof, including two sidewalls and two bottom plates. The two sidewalls are connected through the bottom plates respectively located at two ends. A ball socket protruded upwards and an oil hole are arranged at a bottom plate at one end, and a bottom surface of a bottom plate at the other end is a bearing surface. A pin shaft hole is formed in the middle of each sidewall without the bottom plates.
